Who can enter the online contests?
Contests are open to National and International artists.
How do I submit to the contest?
You can select a contest of your choice by clicking on the "View or Submit Gallery" and fill out the form located below the gallery.
How much is the submission fee?
The submission fee is $10.00 per contest.
Is my submission fee a guarantee entry into the contest?
Yes, as long as you understand and follow the submission policy and guidelines. You are guaranteed to be exhibited online to the specified competition when all information that we request is submitted. Your art work will be posted online with everyone else to view online, within 48 hrs.
What happens if I wanted to submit and the category I wanted is closed?
You can then submit to a different category if it is available. Or you can wait till the contest in that category opens again.
Who judges the contest?
We selected our judges by researching individuals with strong and respectable academic backgrounds with experience in art competitions or online exhibitions. All judges are required to select a winner of the contest they are assigned and are judged on composition, style, theme, creativity, and of course the WOW factor.
How will the Prize be submitted?
Prize money will only be delivered securely via online check by Pay pal. It would be best to sign up with pay pal if you do not have one. It's free!
Can I withdraw from the contest?
No, all submissions are final.
Can I submit to two or more contests?
Yes you can! But you can only submit to each contest category only once.
What are the categories I can submit to?
There are 4 categories to choose from. Contests will close when the max number of submissions is reached. New contests with new themes will be posted after a contest closes.
How will I know who wins?
After the last day of submissions, the judge will take time within that week to make his/her decision. When selected we will announce the winners on the homepage.
What are the prizes or awards?
First Prize is $120. Second Prize is $80. Third Prize is $40.
What happens to the work I submitted after the contest?
Your work is never deleted. It will be archived and displayed on Artistneed. Our site is protected by Copyscape.
